Return Process

  Test Your Scent

  Use the included sample vial to test the fragrance on your skin before opening the full-size bottle's plastic seal.

  Initiate Return

  If the scent isn't for you, visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened full-size bottle in its original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
